Guitar chords
Every chord here has at least two shapes: the easiest open-position version where one exists, and movable barre shapes rooted on the 6th and 5th strings, so you can play any chord anywhere on the neck. Each page shows finger numbers, the notes and intervals in the chord, step-by-step instructions, the progressions it usually appears in and a capo trick when the chord would otherwise need a barre.
New to chords? Start with the open major and minor chords — C, A, G, E, D, Am, Em and Dm — then learn the E-shape and A-shape barre chords. Those two shapes unlock every major and minor chord on the guitar.
